Hilary Duff in August of 2010 in the Press Room at the 2010 Teen Choice Awards in Universal City. She looked amazing in this tight teal dress with several chains around her neck. We love her updo hairstyle. She wore her blonde hair in a high knot on the top of her head. This was a very good look for her. This would be an ideal prom hairstyle.
