Katy Perry in September of 2009 at the MTV Video Music Awards at Radio City Music Hall in New York. She looked amazing in this strapless, low-cut metallic dress. We love her long hairstyle, the front drawn up in a clip with big dark curls cascading over her shoulders. This would make an excellent hairstyle for prom night!
